End User License Agreement - EULA

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PLATINUM NOTES software and your relationship with Mixed In Key LLC. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not install or use PLATINUM NOTES software.

PLATINUM NOTES software (the Software) is owned by Mixed In Key LLC. As a Mixed In Key LLC customer, you are licensed to use one copy of this Software under the following conditions:

  1. The Software is for your personal use only.
  2. You may not copy, modify or reproduce the Software or grant the right to any other person or entity to do so.
  3. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or attempt to access the source code contained in the Software, or grant the right to any other person or entity to do so.
  4. Mixed In Key LLC cannot guarantee that the Software is error-free or that all associated components can be installed successfully.
  5. Mixed In Key LLC cannot assume any responsibility for damages or data loss resulting from the installation and use of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Additional notice about MP3 licensing

Supply of this product does not convey a license nor imply any right to distribute content created with this product in revenue-generating broadcast systems (terrestrial, satellite, cable and/or other distribution channels), streaming applications (via Internet, intranets and/or other networks), other content distribution systems (pay-audio or audio-on-demand applications and the like) or on physical media (comptact discs, digital versatile discs, semiconductor chips, hard drives, memory cards and the like).
